The question is , i ordered EE full home broadband which has been active since the 14th of october and part of the deal was 12mths xbox ultimate game pass , how do i go about claiming as i have not received anything in the post , email or a txt

Do you have an EE contract mobile or SIM? You only get that pass if you have.

Yes , i have a couple of sim contracts with EE , when i look in the EE app there is nothing to show explain how to obtain the 12month pass

I am experiencing the same issue, I ordered the broadband with included Game Pass in early October, have called to follow up and get told its a processing issue, and to call back in a week to check the status.

I have spoke to a representative today, but my broadband order was placed over 2 months ago, and install was over 6 weeks ago now.
