To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Tornado73 Google suggests you can buy them from a number of places, but if you wanted a specific EE site then have a look here = cheaper than Amazon

Seems to be a good price compared to other sites.

But the BT Shop also does them, as a BT customer they normally do good prices for BT customers.

It doesn't have to be a BT handset. With DV the handsets can be any standard cordless DECT handsets.
