Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service, we would have no idea, nor know who you are or where you are.
What is the problem that you need a technician to come to you?
Do you have a BT socket at your home? Is that they are hooking you up for broadband? They do not necessarily need to come to your house.
If you want more information, you will have to ring customer service to find out.
