Stupid Service

Network going down regularly in a daily basis from October 2025.
Keep calling to customer care and asking to send a technician but never happened. But there were technician came last week and said something seriously wrong but he can’t handle it, and need to book an engineer from Openrich and he did that so. (At this point I told him there are two broadbands in this particular address, so make you specify the right one)
He booked on 30th Jan, but no one came from Openrich I contacted customer service again and explained, then they booked with another engineer on 03rd February morning, but I didn’t get any acknowledgment this regarding, I call them yet again at that time they said there are nothing booked on 3rd as mentioned by the customer service team earlier and again scheduled an appointment on 3rd February 12.00 18.00 but a engineer came by 10.00 from Openrich and he said the appointment had fixed with the wrong account number as I mentioned above there are two different connections in this address one is in house and the other one in the shop.
Eventually the problem is still there since last 4months but still I’m paying £39.99 every month for nothing. This is simply worse and childish same about the service and frustrated.

As you've already spoken with the team, I'd recommend raising a complaint, and this will be kept open until the issue is resolved.
