Been on EE and paying my mobile account by direct debit for years, I recently got broadband but I have to set up a new direct debit to pay it. I've tried doing this online on my phone, tablet and 2 different browsers on my PC and everytime I get the message 'error content blocked'. Can someone advise how to rectify this?

@bennetts It is only EE that can setup the DD for you, if online is not working, then call EE CS and get to accounts and billing to get it sorted. Link below.

@bennetts  Set it up calling customer support.   Different devices having the same issue is an account issue and that’s not something you can resolve yourself

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I had the same problem when I first started using EE, tried several times without success, I think it may have been because the bill was overdue. I got my first bill 10 days after the contract start date which I thought was a bit early. Decided to pay my first bill online then was able to set the DD up without any problems.

I would advise you not to call customer support unless you're prepared for a long wait in a queue.
