transfer incentive to join EE from Plusnet - where's it gone?

Hello, just received my first broadband bill from EE and it doesn't show the £2.00 monthly discount incentive that Plusnet offered in their special deal to get members to transfer onto EE Full Fibre.

It seems the EE sales team know nothing about it according to the help line I've been in touch with.

I took a screen shot of the offer before applying for the transfer. So the question is ...... has anyone else managed to get the offer

@Tony761 150Mb/s is a good steady FF speed, not much will falter on that and better than the lower for sure.
