So far this has been a major hassle.
Mobile switch did not work until EE realised that the person taking the order had ordered a Data only SIM. Now fixed and working.
Main residual issue is that EE apparently opened a new account for TV but retained the BT account for Broadband. We did not know this hence many lengthy tiresome calls as staff (polite and trying to help) attempted to sort out why we couldn't get Eurosport, part of the package and now solved, and access to Discovery plus and Apple TV.
Discovery plus simply invites you to sign up and pay, similarly Apple (we have an account and wish to take advantage of the 6 month user credit).
Also much of the contendtdoes not seem to be HD (compared with the Sky offering.
Lastly we were promised an e-mail with a link where apparently I have to follow the link and try and pair the two accounts. No e-mail forthcoming, and why EE cannot put right what they intially got wrong baffles me.
The staff whilst trying to help do not seem very knowledgable when it comes to anything unusual. If any EE person reviews this I would welcome some help please.

@ton05y This may help, the site is not for EE to give you customer support.

- Problems with upgrading to 1.6Gbit - new account needed just for a regrade of BB in Broadband & Landline
- Full Fibre Broadband NO connection in Broadband & Landline
- How can I report a fault with someones broadband and phone in Broadband & Landline
- EE Smart Hybrid Connect. 4g Signal gone from excellent to poor in Broadband & Landline
- Monthly subscription without recontracting in TV
