smart hub 7 pro where are digital voice phone settings

Have just been sent SH7 Pro. Look in Hub Manager and no phone lozenge.

How do I register and see details of my Digital Voice phones.

Had no issues with previous box. EE Smart Hub Plus.

Tried using the flaky app but that will not pair.

Any guidance appreciated.

@pallis Did you order a DV service from EE when you got your broadband? You have got the Pro hub from EE?

Check the settings using the web manager http://192.168.1.254 first page will show if DV is active or not.

Text PHONE to 66033 and have EE test the connection also.

Hi

I had fibre installed last year with Smart Home Plus, but 3rd party VOIP not good.

So I ordered EE Digital Voice as an option this week, as I can test it out on a month by month basis.

They have sent this gear, which I assumed should be compatible.

But no sign of phone settings.

I am using SH in front of a Draytek Vigor and it works fine with the original box.

They want me to send back that, so I need to sort this or stick with what works.

Where should the phone settings be on the new gear?

Have they migrated them to the app, or have I got the wrong kit?

Router has a phone socket to which I have plugged in my BT DECT phone.

Its odd that after all the hype about DV it should be so hard to connect on this series of equipment.

@pallis It's on the Manage your Hub very 1st page, but you will only see it if DV is in the package... NO DV then No information on the screen. Just use the EE Smart hub 6 Plus if the DV is on that unit! Look and feel between units is standard so what you see in the six should be virtually identical on the 7 give or take the extra features etc like 6Ghz band

Thanks for help. The confusing bit is the phone panel does not show on Advanced settings. But all good now.

Just trying to sort out Remote Desktop with DDNS which is not working through the two routers. But will get there. Everything else seems good.
