Broadband Problems

Hello, can anyone help me, is there anyway possible for me to leave EE, the broadband I am receiving is absolutely shocking. I Was with Virgin Media for about 12 years but prices went too high so decided to try Britain's most voted reliable broadband and how wrong was I to make this decision. I've got 500mbs service my TV, laptop, phones are near the hub and they all struggle to load anything up. I even had to disconnect the WiFi on my phone because the EE WiFi wouldn't load the EE app. Any help will be appreciated on this matter as the service advertised and promised from EE is not what I am getting.

Have you checked your BB speeds with the speedtest in the EE app? Are you getting at least your Guaranteed Speed to the router? If not that might be a way of leaving FoC if EE can't increase it.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hello yes I reported the problem over the weekend and it still hasn't changed. I have checked everything there is and so did the person on the phone.
