setting up fibre broadband with technician

Hi, i was ordered ee fibre 500 and was sent a smart router with no modem, my wall only has two ports, how do I contact ee to get a modem and technician to install it? all the links ive found dont let me directly contact ee

@Quinnily  EE should be organising an Openreach engineer to instal a fibre connection and ONT (fibre modem).
