The name of my network was changed overnight, dont know who by, my anti virus software now says its an unsecure network as there is an openport to the internet and is not safe to use

Tried contacting EE but still waiting for a call back, O2 were doing works yesterday to upgrade cables but nothing was said about changing my network name

Any ideas on how to fix

Work outside isn't gonna change your network name.

Had you run the EE app yesterday while your previous router was powered up?

@Philtu What EE Hub are you using on the connection?

@Philtu - can you describe the symptoms of what you're seeing in more detail?

Are you saying the discoverable name of your WiFi network has changed? If so, what has it changed to?
What anti-virus software are you using and what exactly does the 'unsecure' message say?
What port(s) is it saying are open?
What is the impact on your devices/Internet connectivity?
