hello, on December 28, I topped up the internet at xxxxxxxxxxxxx and I only had internet for 1 day, the next day I received a letter to the address that my internet will be disconnected due to non-payment of a debt of 57.90 pounds. but I have no debt because I I haven't used the internet until this birthday. I recently came from Ukraine and I don't speak English, so I can't call the hotline. Please solve this problem

There is no customer account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS. Disconnection only happens after some time and communication.

If you topped up, do you have a pay as you go SIM card for a WiFI device, or do you have a pay monthly home broadband account with us?
