Hello, i recently requested to change to EE broadband and had a booking for the 1st of November for a technician to come and install this. I have since then got an email with the above reference number advising my request has been cancelled. Can you confirm this is not that case as i wish to proceed with changing providers. I received the below as a reference number.
“Your EE home broadband account number: xxxxxxxxx”
