Transferring broadband

Hi I am due to transfer from talk talk to EE for broadband but Talk talk want to charge 118 breaking of contract. Is this correct and I believe We will pay this?

It'll be correct if you're still within contract term & that's what TT say it is.
EE will pay up to £50 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Broadband Contract Buyout from Old ISP.
