I have just received an e mail from BT openreach informing me that FTTP is available at my address. A search on their website confirms this but when I try to upgrade on he EE website it says that my current speed is the maximum available. I tried calling the 0800 number but it asks for my mobile number which isn't with EE so I can't get any further.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
