I had an engineer come in Wednesday 7th of may to install fibre wifi it was working for about 10 minutes I left the house and came back was not working. I called 150 and was told it could take up to 00:01 on the night for activation. I waited all night nothing too 8am I rang EE and had a engineer booked for the 9th 1-6pm I had to take another day off work and question why I hadn’t been given any messages about a time slot the call handler said someone was 100% coming I then rang back at 18:00 as no engineer has arrived after being promised. I have no had to rebook another engineer to come in and take another day off work this week to get this wifi sorted

@Jordan7477  It’s an open reach engineer that EE have no control over to see if one is actually available.  Open reach do their own planning so EE and other ISP who use the same network can not give you an exact ETA when one will be available until one is available and that’s when you’ll know. All EE can do is report and book an engineer to visit you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Jordan7477 Do you have any specific idea what or why it's just not working?

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
