minimum gauranteed speed for fibre max 100

Hi 

 

i am trying to find what EE quote as the minimum speed for downloads on fibre max 100. 

 

i used to have BT package now EE and EE speeds seem alot less than BT (it shouldn't be i know)

Speeds for EE Fibre Max 100 are max. 165 Meg, avg. 145 Meg and min. 100 Meg.
