mini box

My mini box has been working fine and today it will not connect, the lights are on but it states error, can i get a new box, i have been on hold for 50 minutes to order a new one it ridiculous , no info anywhere

Have you tried switching it off for a few minutes and trying again?

Worth trying a light or full reset if you haven't already.
