incorrect password

since this morning, my phone and my iPad can not connect to the wifi because it says incorrect password. but use exactly the same username and password my computer can connect. is there anyone who has the same problem? how can I fix it?

Try telling your devices to Forget that connection & try to connect again supplying the pwd again.

Reset the router to revert back to the original pw’s on the card, and start logins again?

hi, I did not log out. I have subscribed for 30 days. My computer can use EE wifi, but my iPad and my phone can not.

Have you tried restarting them and as @XRaySpeX said forgetting and connecting again.

yes, I have tried, still does not work. I have called customer service, and she said the number of people using this hotspot is at its maximum capacity, and told me the only solution is to keep trying, when somebody logs out, then I can log in.
