incorrect password

since this morning, my phone and my iPad can not connect to the wifi because it says incorrect password. but use exactly the same username and password my computer can connect. is there anyone who has the same problem? how can I fix it?

Oh, I’m sorry. You posted your query under the forum Broadband section so I assumed you had an internet connection to the house and a router.

I’ve no idea what an EE wifi voucher account is.

@Minkey1 : An EE WiFi voucher is for connecting to the public EE WiFi network from any device. This a network of BT & some EE Home routers whose owners allow the public to share their WiFi isolated from their own devices & connections. You may have seen the SSIDs EE WiFi & EE WiFi-X in your vicinity.

Trouble is that isn't really a forum here suitable for EE WiFi. Maybe it comes under EE Mobile Network Discussion, or maybe not!

Ah yes, I know about that. I didn’t know access could be purchased - I thought it was a quid pro quo deal for home broadband customers.
