Hi
I have been trying to import contacts in vcard format into my hub. Apart from manually entering them in to the phones, this is the only way. However I get an error "invalid data CHOP3-903"
I have checked the format by opening in a text editor and it conforms to the standard vcf file format. So I do not know where to go from here
As anyone successfully imported contacts. Would it be possible for them to post an example vcard that imported (after anonymising of course).

I was wrong: the black 'import' button does work, it just doesn't react 'on-click'. Only the slow import-progress note at top right acknowledges that progress is happening.

Testing that, I edited my vcf text to remove all unneeded TEL lines (leaving mostly one TEL line per contact, some 2, one 3). On my kit, upload then failed 'CHOP3-903' as usual. Maybe there was a confounding failure. With all three lines restored for every contact, it worked again - can't guess why!
Table evidently downloads to handsets each time they are re-set - the bigger the table, the slower the so-called 'synchronisation'. If I were 18 not 80, I'd have a look at what generates that stream, where it sits, and whether it's encrypted.

I am pleased to report that the new firmware r4.27.1-R-1862254-PROD-84001 in my SMARTHUB SH35A finally has an EXPORT CONTACTS facility ..... So don't tell me if complain things don't happen ... only taken 3 years and the IMPORT of CONTACT from SAMSUNG still fails .... BUT IT'S PROGRESS .... OF A SORT.
PS.... I did get a bollocking for stating I was part of a trial when someone on here dropped me in it .... the trial finished months ago so I'm OK now for the person concerned !!!!!

@humeka Time to get the toolkit out and take a look at the file.... Many more years left on the ever ending calendar, failure no doubt you can let EE FW bods know who is what and then a drop down box for different variants to the standard.
