Hi axelblaze,
did they give you a solution to this? My mother in law is having the same issue - we managed to get a phone connected for an hour but then disconnected when we added her laptop - and actually started over the weekend similar to yourself

It’s her home broadband, and yes she has had several devices connected previously, but they all lost connection over the weekend - I removed the network from the device and then reconnected several times, sometimes with the QR code and sometimes using the password, each time it said it was the wrong password, however one device is connected using this password

@Mr_sir : Are you talking about the public EE WiFi network as the OP was asking about or is it about connecting to a Broadband router in the home?
