feeling betrayed by BT.

I called BT to renew my Broadband package. BT customer for a very long timeThey have always been so helpful and taken into account my neuro difficulties and my minimal broadband access for my carers to keep the costs down. I was told that I couldn't renew a BT contract but HAD to transfer to digital voice. What I agreed to was a bit of a haze but was continually reassured that I was with BT. I assumed, wrongly, that EE were dealing with the setting up only. Where BT and EE were connected was confusing. Still is! I formally complained and on scrutiny of the recorded call I had to accept that I agreed to what I have. I have a form of epilepsy, and now number dyslexia (brain injury) that minimises my mobile phone use eg calls, messages whatsapp. NO email or downloading links. I communicate via my laptop. I cannot see that I need cyber security? I was also shocked to see landline costs. The EE guides have been great, I explain my difficulties to everyone and am usually treated with patience and kindness. At last today I obtain my account number and password accepted. A lot of calls. Can anyone help me to cancel cyber security. Should I? EE account isn't as easy to look around as BT. I was a clever person. ONCE.
