Does anyone have an email address to contact EE?

 I've looked on the website and can't find it. 

I have landline, Broadband and mobile with EE.

We had a lightning storm last night and now the landline is dead and I can't make or receive call on my mobile.I can use facetime, whatsapp, texts etc.  My broadband is working fine.

If you have working broadband and, presumably, WiFi, you should be able to use WiFi-calling.

EE provide no email contact.

Text HELP followed by your landline number to 60071.

With the landline down your BB is probably running slower than usual. Check your router stats.

Thanks.  I just tried that.  I can receive texts but when i try to send one it says "not delivered" 

I guess I'll need to borrow someones mobile to call them

Bristolian your a star. I had wifi calling disabled.  I rang them  They're sending an engineer on Wednesday to try to fix the landline.  There's also an issue with the mobile mast which they think is due to the lightning
