Is it saying there is a technical error? And are you already with EE for your Broadband?

Then try in the A.M. after it comes back from maintenance.

I've tried all week to view broadband deals as an existing customer, "Something Went Wrong, try later". Tried via pc, via app, via mobile, yet there doesn't appear to be a way to report the website issue

What router do you currently have on your plan/what plan are you on and was it taken out before the end of 2023?

It is possible you are on the Legacy EE system and to renew you would have to call EE so you can migrate across to the new "New EE" billing system. I believe they are trying to make an online migration system but currently this is not possible.

I migrated this summer from Legacy account but full fibre has just been fitted so I wanted to check availability.
