Hi I have just set up the EE broadband and tv and was wondering if the £169 credit is there or if it isn’t can you add it on please

This is not customer service, but a public forum who has no account access and does not know who you are. You will have to speak to customer service accounts department to find out, or just check your bill once it has been generated, which you can download as PDF to see the full breakdown of your bill either via the app or the website.

@Danielwillcock1 : Have you claimed for it from EE?

EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee. It will be applied as a credit to your EE bill.
