changed from BT to EE

had a forced change over from BT to EE on 27th Nov seemed to be seamless, then today 3rd Dec all my broadband settings have now restricted My streaming platforms. I have altered no settings App won't allow me to link accounts or manage my broadband or mobile either just says error try again later. AI chat is useless and all offices are closed as its PM.
