WiFi Enhancer - account missing assets required to add

I was hoping someone might be able to help my make progress in adding WiFi Enhancer to my Full Works 900  plan. I know that I need to pay extra to add it (£5?) but the app, website, and even the customer service team can't do so, it just cycles round webpages, or I get an error page in the app. I've been told my account is missing some "assets" needed to allow this add-on product 

The customer service team gave said it's being looked into a few times (it's with the "offline" team?) but I thought that one of the technical team that might be on this forum may know what to do or who I can contact to have the issue fully resolved.

For info, I transferred across from BT broadband at the beginning of July. For the most part, the broadband works ok, and I have the app set up properly and can access the other WiFi controls 

If it matters, I also get an error if I get to add the digital voice line.

I'm having the same problem, transferred from BT in August. Considering a formal complaint at this stage as I'm paying more for a worse service.

What plan are you on?

Has our customer care team been able to confirm if you have an eligible plan for the WiFi Enhancer?

What happens when you try applying this via the app?
