Why am I not able to visit https://ipindiaservices.gov.in/eregister/eregister.aspx and other websites starting with same main domain name, using my EE Home Broadband? However, I was able to go there two days before. Now, if I use my Mobile Phone Hotspot (EE), then I can visit there and other web pages.
It is surprising that suddenly EE Broadband is not taking me there.
Any help is highly appreciated...

I can get there over EE Home BB. I never use EE's DNS.
To try to get round this issue switch the Auto DNS in the router away from EE's ones to Manual with 1 of these public DNS pairs:
OpenDNS : 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1

@nitswal as it happens I can't get through either, and doing a traceroute gets as far as some sites in Asia then just stops.
That said it did work on my phone connected to the same WiFi.

Safer & more reliable than EE's DNS.
