@ellieRW75 this is not customer services, no one has account access or knows who you are.
Changing supplier is not going to fix poor broadband unless you get the underlying problem sorted.
If you get in touch with Customer Services, the can investigate your issues.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Mine is really bad now, drops WiFi in back two rooms of house ( I only have a small house) their solution was to change my contract and pay higher every month, factory reset ( didn’t work, and loads of hassle) or pay £10 a month for WiFi extenders.
I’ll wait until my contract ends and find another supplier instead

@AndyWatson47 Where is your EE Hub located, one side off the house, or central to the property?
From the EE Help incase you need it.

The problem started when I upgraded to full fibre, the EE engineer fitted the hub behind the TV beside the window. Said it would be fine.
We have no WiFi signal in two rooms, or it is very poor . Phoned EE broadband help, said I could do a factory reset, but said it would setting up all devices again from scratch!! Then put me onto another assistant who tried to upgrade my system for another £10 a month, or WiFi extenders, also £10 a month. Total ripoff. I’ll wait until next year and change to a better company.

Ours is really bad too, especially WiFi, they’ll only try and up your bill , like they did with me.
BT were actually better for us.

@AndyWatson47 Will not make one blind bit off difference who you go to for the change, as your hub is now located in the wrong area to cover what you need.
You should look at a longer Ethernet Cable Cat5e is enough and locate the hub to a more central location and that will span the wifi signal better, if the position you had it before your fibre upgrade worked then that is ware to aim for. If you do not wish to move it then extenders are your next and only option. Flea bay often has Extenders on sale, but if you say which hub you have you can match the Extender model to it. @AndyWatson47 See if this below is off any help for you.
Place your router in a central, unobstructed location to ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout your home.
Aim for the center of the most important area of your home.
If you have a home with multiple floors, consider which floors you frequent the most.
Keep your router in an open space away from concrete/brick walls, electronics, water and microwaves.
Raise your router up to allow the signals to transmit to every area of your home.
