i swapped from BT a few weeks ago because the broadband was really bad,you stated i should change to EE,the broadband is even worse,please sort ASAP

@ellieRW75 this is not customer services, no one has account access or knows who you are.
Changing supplier is not going to fix poor broadband unless you get the underlying problem sorted.
If you get in touch with Customer Services, the can investigate your issues.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)?
