i have just received a text tellin me what my next bill is for the broadband  and  with no warning at all  EE now want an extra

£ 10.00  a month for the broad band! i literally just have broadband no land line and they now want £45.00 a month 

has anyone else had this jump in price

@Tracey2022 is your contract about to expire if it is any discount that you had whilst in contract is now going to be removed so are you due an upgrade ?    EE don’t just increase the price until the yearly price increase at the end of match.

  they whacked a sim only account onto my normal mobile phone bill this year with out me asking for one and billed me for it for 5 months before they finialy removed it  (without refunding me the money they had taken) so it would not suprise me if they just want to try get  an extra £10 a month out of me.

i have been with them for 11 or 12 years and all of a sudden these things keep happening

I can appreciate why you'll feel concerned considering the experience you've had with your SIM, but we always want to ensure you understand all the charges on your bill and feel these are fair.

We don't have access to accounts via this public forum, but if you reach out to our team they'll be able to check this over and say for sure what's been happening.
