Hi, I have just been at a premises that has EE WiFi. 'available to all EE broadband customers, just login' great !
However, if I try to login using my EE broadband email and password, after selecting EE broadband as my customer type, it just boots me back to the login page. How can I fix this?

Quite possibly. I believe it is only for EE New BB users, which would be from Nov. '23.
Which EE BB package have you?

Which "EE broadband email and password"? Those used by the router to connect to BB or those of your EE a/c? It should be the latter.

I am using my login details for signing into my EE broadband account on the EE website. I took out my EE broadband package in May 2022. Am I illegible perhaps?

I’m having the same problem went into Ee shop and was told I’ve been paying but they can’t find my broadband
told them I come back as soon as I investigate

@gd-59 : Are you talking about your EE Home BB or the public EE WiFi network, which this thread is about?
