I have been using home internet for more than 1 year. No e-mail is sent to me about my membership or my invoices. When I contact them they are not helpful. They say I have to do it myself online. I write the code written on the modem, it does not accept it. What kind of technical service team is this?

The "code" written on the label of the router is either for logging into the router itself or for connecting devices to it by WiFi, whichever 1 you are looking at. They have nowt to do with creating your MyEE a/c.
In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband.
