Hi ee since about 3pm yesterday the WiFi has gone from 40mbps to 15mbps and it does not seem to be changing I am hoping you are already trying to fix it please at least make a post saying your noticing the issues as it is becoming very difficult to do anything on the WiFi

@Assassin5927558 Call EE CS, or run the service checker on your side, EE don't fix anything unless you let them know or if it is a KNOWN fault affecting an area that you are currently in.

Are you connected to 2.4GHz ,5GHz, 6GHz. Have you tried turning WiFi off on your device and then back on.
