EE WiFi Opt-Out 409 Conflict State Error

Trying to opt out of EE Public WiFi on my broadband account page. The Opt-Out button is inert. Inspecting DevTools shows POST [https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/api/eewifi/opt-out](https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/api/ee...) returning HTTP 409 Conflict (status.message: repository state conflicting with request). The opt-in endpoint returns the exact same 409 error. Please clear the backend lock on my line so the public hotspot stops broadcasting.

@NeVeTaS EE are aware that the web page is no longer working at present, until it starts again then you have to wait and clear the option yourself.

They kept me on the phone for 1hr 19minutes, and then said they don’t know how to do it. Then they said my account is broken. You can’t make it up.

@NeVeTaS You can make it up, but it's just not a pretty picture, no thought has gone into the what if this part does not pan out, EE are then helpless and head scratching.
