i paid for my broadband 2 times i paid ces app earlier than my day of worship and they also withdrew my day of worship today what should i do to get my money back

 no, the payment itself shows only the first 20 pounds and 24 November 30.99 pounds, and the payment that I paid in the meantime does not show 30.99 manually.

If you have direct debits set up already, then there's a chance this will still be taken even if you've made a manual payment. 

Like @Leanne_T mentioned, we don't have direct account access via these forums, so if you get in touch with our Broadband Billing team, they'll be able to check this for you directly and say for sure how things are looking.
