Can’t pair my devices

So my WiFi started playing up and I had all the family moan at me. I complained to EE, they told me everything was ok there end. They reset my router to factory settings to try and iron out any glitches. The problem now is that my boosters and stuff won’t pair to the router anymore. I’ve tried turning them off and on, using the WPS button etc but nothing. Any help would be much appreciated.

@Sickofmylife There is a factory reset on each of the booster's, you will more than likely have to reset them also. And then go through the pairing operation with those.

Thanks for the response. I spent an hour on the phone with someone from EE yesterday and that is one of the things we tried. Unfortunately it didn’t work. They are now sending me an Ethernet cable. I have to connect all the kit to the router with it, then move them back to their intended locations. Hopefully that will work…

@Sickofmylife You should have received an Ethernet cable in the box with each of the Smart wireless devices?

I don’t have those particular ones  anymore. However you did make me look and I found another one. So thanks. I managed to get two devices paired but the other two wouldn’t work. More time on the phone to EE.  They are going to replace the other two devices. Thanks for the suggestion. Finger crossed I get this sorted with as little pain as possible.

Thanks for the update here @Sickofmylife, I'm glad to hear you've managed to make some progress with this since finding the Ethernet cable.

Fingers crossed the replacements should do the trick here too, but please keep us posted on how you get on 😊
