Wifi speed slow and bill high

My wifi is slow and only get it in front room and i pay £38 a month

Like @XRaySpeX mentioned your speeds will depend on the plan you've gone for, and with this you should have received an estimate, along with a minimum guaranteed speed.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend taking a look at our fault checker, which will test your connection, give you some troubleshooting steps, and if needs be help you get these issues investigated further.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?
