Hi we had a storm the other day and ever since the laptops or pcs won’t work in the house? It won’t connect to the wifi

Apparently there is no IPv4 and not issuing a IP address 

how can this be fixed? Tried deleting and installing adapters etc but nothing is working

Is the router still working at all? What light sequence is it showing?

Possibly the lightning strike triggered a power surge which frazzled your router. Phone up CS for a replacement.

the router is still working on the TVs and phones 

the light is aqua 

I’ve tried deleting the WiFi and nothing is working 

I’ve tried installing windows 11 again and still nothing
