From the recent transition from BT to EE I am getting constant wifi issues, and it’s frustrating. I have had an engineer come out and install a new modem, however this did not rectify the issue that I am having.
As a paying customer, I expect a reliable service and prompt resolution of any issues. I kindly request the following:
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider alternative providers and escalate this matter to the relevant ombudsman or consumer protection.
I look forward to your reply.

@FazTastic2 this is not customer services so you are not going to get answers for your questions here.
No one on here has account access, so have no idea who you are or what problems you are having.
Hopefully as a paying customer you are able to provide customer services a lot more detail on the issues you are having.
Compensation is paid when appropriate if and when issues are resolved.

Hi @FazTastic2
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your service. As @Mustrum explained, we don't have account access here in the community. It's a peer to peer forum where users come to help each other.
I recommend following the advice above in contacting our Technical Support team to get answers to your questions. If you would like to make a complaint, please follow the link that @Daz_01 posted and a dedicated team will look into it and contact you to discuss further.
Please keep us updated with what happens.
Chris
