EE are the worst my broadband hasn't worked for a whole week and they have done nothing to get it working and offered nothing to compensate for it they tell me I still have to pay for full service even though I have no service completely disrespectful none off them have a heart worst ever

@Bennymetal What broadband service and router do you have?
EE do offer a Hybrid Connect service if your broadband is critical to you.
The automatic compensation is calculated after the fault has been fixed and credited to your account once complete.

I have the WiFi 7 system and they have had nothing to offer it's been the worst service ever

Is the problem with the broadband connection itself or the Wi-Fi?
