Wifi in public areas.

Since transferring from BT to EE on full fibre boadband I have been unable to connect to public EE wifi connections.

It asks for details & then says not recognised.

Anyone tell me what is going on?

@Nitonboy As it cannot find your details call EE CS to have it sorted out.
