Connected my unit and linked ok but getting flashing red bars for 4g indicates. What does this mean and how is it fixed?

@Leanne_T Would be better if the link also explained flashing red on the Bars symbol unless you can find out the explanation and post up response. Solid Red covered, flashing Not, Tech Support for Hybrid should have the answer.👍

Hi @JimM11
Thanks for the feedback.
The Fix EE Smart Hybrid Connect Broadband Problems page has details on what the lights mean on the Smart Hybrid Connect 🙂
Leanne.

@KRAddison Suggesting that the Hybrid unit is not able to connect to the EE Router to establish itself on the network.

- VPN (Global Connect), WAN routing issues - traffic just stops in Broadband & Landline
- Replacing my EE Router with Google Nest Wifi Pro in Broadband & Landline
- Hybrid Connect - What use is it if you can't use EE kit? in Broadband & Landline
- Remotely connecting to my home server via IPv6 pinholes in Broadband & Landline
- Haven't received Smart Hybrid Connect yet in Broadband & Landline
