So I have wifi controls set up so the devices turn off at night time and come back on in the morning.
All well and good until the children disconnect their devices then reconnect and it then re adds it as a new device! Meaning they are no longer in a group for their devices to turn off at night time!
How do I stop this from happening as it's starting to bug me. I never had this issue with BT but since coming over to EE I feel their wifi controls aren't as spot on and almost pointless having them if the kids can bypass it.
Any help would be appreciated as I've raised it with EE themselves and still waiting a call back from about 4 months ago!
Many thanks

Can't you fix their devices IPs in My Network by setting "Always Use this IP" so they always come back as the same device?
