My new EE router was installed in March and has dropped the WIFI signal 3 times in the last 2 weeks, necessitating a reboot each time. This means that the burglar alarm and security cameras also go off line. This is very unhelpful if I am not at home to sort it out.
I was moved over to EE from BT and my old BT router never missed a beat, so to now have this issue is disappointing to say the least.
Any help would be much appreciated.

@JudyD What EE Hub do you have see the link below? Please check if you have the 7 Pro or the 6 Plus version currently and the new FW to both those versions with a potential stability issue that has happened over the last 10 day's or so....

When I moved from BT to EE I kept my BT Smart Hub 2 as they said it was still suitable.

@edbostan That's the case when the BT Hub does everything that is required for the connection.
