I recently moved over to EE with a package of 900mb download speed. I currently don't get anywhere near that as it isn't available which is annoying but understandable.. but what I'm confused about is my wifi keeps randomly spiking every couple mins from 19ping to 255ping? Any help?

Hello,
They said over the phone when I went for the package that the 900mbs wasn't available in my location at the moment but might be later on in the year/future as I live in Cornwall.
Although, my question is still unanswered. The package isn't a problem, it is the random jittering of my ping which I'm confused about; I've tried unplugging it for 30s and plugging it back in, I've tried Ethernet and I've tried pressing the small reset button.
