Wifi Enhancer not showing in App

I called EE and they fixed my wifi controls, but they havent fixed Wifi Enhancer now showing on my app. The people on the phone themselves seem confused what to do. 

Ive seen people get this resolved so can you refer me to someone who can fix this please

Hi @wrntdr welcome to the community and thanks for posting. The Wifi Enhancer is a subscription service costing £5 per month, do you have it added on to your plan? It's also included as part of the 1.6 Gigabit plan.
