Broadband availability

I was speaking to advisor earlier while upgrading my SIMO who advised that when he did a search, it stated broadband was showing as not available in my area.

I've had fttp for a good for years now so I was wondering if someone can shed light on this as to why as the advisor couldn't explain why and said it's the same for his address.

Thanks

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

That confirms FTTP is available there & there is an active ONT at your addy.

Who knows why the EE agent can't read!

I just spoke to the broadband team & it looks like the issue was sort of generated by Openreach.

I had to have a replacement white box about 10 months ago.

The system was showing I had 2 registered (old and new) at the address not 1 so they had to get the system updated to show just the new one before the order could be placed.
