Wifi 6 Router turning randomly turns of 2.4ghz + 5ghz channels

Twice now we have noticed the Router not working and we are using the backup 4g/5g modem

When I have logged into the router manager BOTH wifi channels are turned off? Absolutely nobody wouldve been in manually to turn them off at the home As I am the only one who really knows how.

Any reason why this might have happened? the two instances were about 2-3 months apart.

Others have noticed this - see wifi keeps turning off . As there report it to CS.

Not really the same issue.

The other person issue is very generic intermittent connection.

My issue is the router itself has had both channels turned off, which only turned back on by myself manually after spotting it.

@MBG95 Can you say what was done to get the EE Hub back up and working, also what you did to go look at the Hub to see the two CH's were switched off?

@MBG95 - rather than manually turn the WiFi back on, does it recover with a reboot? What's the uptime like on the hub when it happens? Wondering if it's getting itself into a a pickle after a period of uptime.

Is it running hot (physically, as in hot to touch)? I'd guess that exceeding some sort of thermal threshold might also cause some stuff to start shutting down.
